If I had to choose one student who truly exceeded every expectation I had about creativity and innovation, it would be Vasanthi Shanthakumar, the Executive Director of STC. Her transformation wasn't just impressive—it was absolutely extraordinary and, frankly, humbling for me as a trainer.

With a degree in Sociology and 21 years of experience as Executive Director of the Senior Tamils Centre of Ontario, she brought both academic insight and extensive community leadership experience to our sessions.
